  • 2 large eggs
  • ¼ teaspoon salt (adjust to taste)
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder (optional, for flavor)
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder (optional, for flavor)
  • ½ teaspoon Italian seasoning or dried herbs (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet.

  2. Blend cottage cheese and eggs in a blender until completely smooth.

  3. Pour mixture onto lined baking sheet and spread into an even shape.

  4. Bake for 25–30 minutes or until firm and golden at the edges.

  5. Cool slightly before slicing or rolling.

Notes

For Crispier Cottage Cheese Flatbread: Bake for an additional 5 minutes, or toast in a dry skillet after baking.
For a Fluffier Texture: Add ½ teaspoon of baking powder to the batter before blending.
