Ingredients
- 1 cup full-fat cottage cheese
- 2 large eggs
- ¼ teaspoon salt (adjust to taste)
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder (optional, for flavor)
- ½ teaspoon onion powder (optional, for flavor)
- ½ teaspoon Italian seasoning or dried herbs (optional)
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet.
Blend cottage cheese and eggs in a blender until completely smooth.
Pour mixture onto lined baking sheet and spread into an even shape.
Bake for 25–30 minutes or until firm and golden at the edges.
Cool slightly before slicing or rolling.
