- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoons fresh dill, chopped
Instructions
- Prepare the cucumbers – Slice cucumbers into thin rounds.
- Make the dressing – In a large bowl, whisk together Greek yogurt, mayonnaise (if using), lemon juice, mustard, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Combine – Add the cucumber slices and toss gently to coat.
- Chill & serve – Refrigerate for 15 minutes before serving. Garnish with fresh dill.
