Ingredients

  • ½ cup Greek yogurt (or sour cream)
  • 1 tablespoon mayonnaise (optional, for extra creaminess)
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon dijon mustard
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons fresh dill, chopped

Instructions

  • Prepare the cucumbers – Slice cucumbers into thin rounds.
  • Make the dressing – In a large bowl, whisk together Greek yogurt, mayonnaise (if using), lemon juice, mustard, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  • Combine – Add the cucumber slices and toss gently to coat.
  • Chill & serve – Refrigerate for 15 minutes before serving. Garnish with fresh dill.

Notes

Prefer a tangier taste? Swap Greek yogurt for sour cream.
For extra flavor, add finely chopped chives or red onion.
